Cresciuto in Florida. Dal 1988 al 1995 è stato Primo Istruttore SERE nelle Special Operations dell'US Air Force. Poi, come "Neighbor Ned", è stato tra i primi a filmare in 3D sott'acqua. Da qualche anno vive a Nicolosi, ai piedi dell'Etna, e racconta la Sicilia in 360° 8K. A Florida native, Ned served from 1988 to 1995 as First Special Operations SERE Instructor with the US Air Force. He then became "Neighbor Ned" and pioneered 3D water videography. Today he lives in Nicolosi, on the slopes of Mount Etna, capturing Sicily in 8K 360°.
